Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is available from 11:00 am, and check-out should be completed by 9:30 am.

Deposit
To confirm a booking for an apartment, a deposit of approximately 40% of the total booking price is required. The booking becomes binding and the apartment is reserved upon receipt of the deposit.

The remaining balance can be transferred up to one week before arrival or paid in cash upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy follows AGBH guidelines:
• 3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total booking price
• 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the total booking price
• Within 1 week before arrival: 90% of the total booking price

Child Discounts
Children in extra beds receive a 50% discount for ages 0-6 and a 30% discount for ages 7-14.

Tourist Tax
The tourist tax is €4.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over.

Final Cleaning
A one-time final cleaning fee of €60.00 per apartment applies.

Internet
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

Parking
Each apartment is allocated 2 parking spaces directly in front of the house.

Pets
Pets are not permitted in our house. Thank you for your understanding.
